Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation before shipment:

If you wish to cancel an order that has not been shipped yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Login to your Account:
    • Go to My Account
    • Navigate to ORDER HISTORY and click on the order ID you wish to cancel.
    • Click the Request Return Cancel Button.

In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the refund will be processed within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.

How will I get refunded for the cancelled orders and how long will this process take?

If the cancellation occurs before shipment, we process the refund within 24-48 business hours after receiving the cancellation request.

If the cancellation occurs after the shipment has already been dispatched or if it is being returned, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.

  • For payments made via credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account within 24-48 business hours of receiving the products back. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
  • For cash on delivery transactions, we will initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount using the billing details shared by you. This process will be completed within 24-48 business hours of receiving the products back and your bank details via email. It will take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
  • Additionally, we also offer the hassle-free option of refund through Vida Loca coupons, which can be used during future purchases.

We have a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at support@yugnik.com. If your return is accepted, our courier partners will pick up the package from your location.

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items:

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please reach out if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges:

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note, it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
